Yearbook Photos Needed

Dear AHS Families,

Get your pictures in the yearbook!When you have great photos of school events, we’d like to see them. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.

Here is how you can submit photos online:
• Go to:
• If it does not automatically log you into the site, enter username: 410643679
• Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
• Enter information [tag student, grade/class, event names]about the photo and provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.
• Click “Save Details”.

It’s that easy! Please bookmark the site so that you can upload pictures throughout the school year.  The last day to submit photos will be 03/08/2019.

Eastchester Little League – TEB Softball

Online Registration is now open!

Sign up today for the following 2018 programs:

  • Winter Pitching Clinic (baseball and softball)
  • 2018 Spring Season

We are very excited to be offing a new “Challenger” Division to enable boys and girls with physical and metal challenges, ages 4-12 to enjoy playing baseball and softball. Winter clinics will be starting on Sunday, January 7, so please register today! There is a separate winter registration for out T-ball player (ages 4-5). If you are unsure of your child’s “playing age,” please refer to the chart on our website.

As we did last year, we will be having our player assessments and uniform fitting in February. It is vital you register your child by February 4 so they can be included in the spring assessment.

Photo Re-Takes and Group Photos

Absentee and photo re-takes as well as group photos will be taken on Wednesday, November 15.

All children who participate in chorus, band, orchestra, safety patrol, student council will sit for group shots.

 5th grade group shots are also on this day. 5th grade t-shirts should be sent in asap to the classroom teacher to ensure everyone has theirs to wear for the photo.

The Book Fair is Coming to Anne Hutch!

Anne Hutchinson Scholastic Book Fair

October 24th & October 25th

Evening Hours-October 24th from 6 – 8pm

The Fall Book Fair is coming.  We need volunteers to help with set-up and sales!

As always parents and caregivers are encouraged to come in and shop with their children.  A schedule will be posted in the Hutch Happenings to let you know when your child will be attending the book fair.  For your convenience our book fair will accept cash, checks and credit cards.  If you are unable to attend and wish your child to purchase items, please be sure to send in money with your child on the day he/she is attending the fair.  We also offer evening hours for those parents unable to attend during the day.

In addition to books, Scholastic offers a variety of other item such as posters, erasers, pencils, note pads and educational toys.  If you wish your child to purchase only books, please clearly indicate on the envelope containing your child’s money.

In the past, we have had much success with our Teacher Wish List program.  Teachers select books that they would like to add to their classroom library.  At the fair, your child will have an opportunity to purchase book(s) to donate to his/her classroom.  This is a great opportunity to show appreciation to your child’s teacher while at the same time enhancing your child’s classroom library.
